At CricketFits, customer satisfaction is important to us.

However, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

2. Exchange Policy (Only for Damaged Products)

We offer exchange only if the product is damaged during delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item

3. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Description of the issue

Once approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same product.

4. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds.

Only replacement/exchange for damaged items is allowed.

5. Non-Eligible Cases

Exchange will not be approved if:

  • Damage is reported after 48 hours

  • Product shows signs of use

  • Damage caused by customer misuse
